Owners’ comments
Cottage for sale - Well located (Champfleury), quiet street and large lot. Bi-generational. Three bedrooms on the same level, wooden slatted floors, gas fireplace, kitchen with quartz countertops. Fenced intimate yard of 7,243 square feet with patio and spa. Enchanting scenery with many mature trees nearby (see photos taken in the summer) and small park a few steps away.
A rarity! Whole appartment in the basement (bi-generation) with independent entrance and private parking alley.
The Champfleury neighbourhood in Ste-Rose is well known for its strategic location near Highway 15 and Curé-Labelle Boulevard. Nearby bus lines go directly to the Montmorency metro. This property is also a short drive from the commuter train.
The garage has always been used as a gym, carpet on the floor, large mirror on the wall. Can of course regain its usual function to park a car.
