The house is close to all shops, restaurants, Finlandaise SPA, boating club, Vieux Ste-Rose, Rivière des Mile-Îles, Marina Venice, Ste-Rose train station, daycare, primary and secondary schools, etc. Ideal for families with children in elementary or secondary.
Several renovations were recently done such as new roofing, caulking, staining of living room floor, counter and main bathroom plumbing, basement newly finished 2 years ago, interior and exterior painting, etc. There are 3 parking spaces 2 outside 1 inside, air conditioning, wood fireplace, central vacuum, very low cost of heating - electricity,city taxes account is very reasonable.
