Nice semi-detached in Ste-Rose in the Renaissance sector. 2 closed bedrooms upstairs, finished basement (possibility of making a large bedroom) with a bathroom and washer/dryer connection. The house has only had one owner and has been well maintained. Close to several services (supermarkets, buses, CLSC, elementary and secondary schools) and 2 minutes by car from Highway 15.
Beautiful backyard, also well maintained. Quiet and family-friendly neighborhood.
