It is very sparsely busy. This 4-season cottage with 40 feet in diameter is located on a huge plot of 164 feet of frontage to the lake and with a total area of 60,116 square feet. An exceptional site, an exceptional architect and an exceptional terrain. Offering 4 large bedrooms on the ground floor in addition to large open concept rooms (living room, kitchen and dining room). The ceiling is 16 feet high. A panoramic view of the lake over the entire façade of the chalet provided by the abundant windows allows the sun to heat the chalet in winter, but to keep it cool in the summer, thanks to the overhang of the roof covering the large cedar gallery. A large floating dock made of treated wood allows you to tie two boats and a marine motorcycle.
