Great for nature lovers, for those who like mountain biking, skiing, or other outside activities. The building is located near up on the road to the ski center in a very quiet neighborhood. Nearby a cycle path. Close to services: 6 km to Highway 55 and 10 km to Shawinigan/ Carré Trudel (IGA, Canadian Tire, Rona, Walmart, etc.) Remarkable propriety on a flat terrain that can be awesome as a house or a chalet.
