Owners’ comments
It is with a twinge of heart that we sell our property to return to live in Quebec, our hometown. If we win the lottery, no more selling. We will continue to enjoy the coolness of the river during the heat waves of summer, more and more frequent, and the deep well-being we feel watching the flames of one of the two fireplaces during the cold weather of the winter.
La Dolce Vita....
Built in 1987, this beautiful property (40 ft. x 26 ft., 6 in.) Is located on the edge of the river on a lot of 61 feet wide and 210 feet deep. Calm and tranquility are guaranteed because the house is away from Road 138. With an open space design, this residence benefits from large windows facing south to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view of the river. It has two functional fireplaces and a finished basement (except the ceiling and the laundry room). The master bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms are in the basement (with a bathroom) to accommodate guests or grandchildren.
