2-storey house with new kitchen and up-to-date bathrooms!!! Several storage spaces. Quartz counter and counter-island. Very nice wood fireplace in the dining room. Large independent showers in the 2 bathrooms. A very functional walk-in closet is in the bedroom on the first floor. Very bright with its windows (several changed in 2021) on all four walls. The fully finished basement offers plenty of space in addition to a wine cellar, a large cedar closet, a wood stove, etc. Very nice intimate courtyard lined with hedges over 12', spaces for garden furniture and BBQ. Enjoy sunny days with the 5-seater spa (the latter without legal warranty). Spacious shed included. Large lot with mature trees and beautiful landscaping.
