Renovated, peaceful, near services, and 5 minutes from Highway 20 and train station. Situated in a nice and safe family sector crescent with mature trees.
Please note that the house passed the test of the record 180mm of rain in 24 hours on August 9th 2024. Not one drop of water in the house.
Built in 1989, many renovations in 2021 (windows, hardwood floor, bathroom, kitchen counter with backsplash, etc), 3 bedrooms with possibility for a 4th one, 2 bathrooms (one with heated floor), 3 seasons covered porch, garage, large shed (12X14).
