Renovated, peaceful, near services, and 20 minutes from Highway 20 and train station. Situated in a nice and safe family sector crescent with mature trees.
Built in 1989, many renovations in 2021 (windows, hardwood floor, bathroom, kitchen counter with backsplash, etc), 3 bedrooms with possibility for a 4th one, 2 bathrooms (one with heated floor), 3 seasons covered porch, garage, large shed (12X14).
