Owners’ comments
Beautiful waterfront property located on St. Louis Lake is in a very picturesque place in Notre Dame De L'Ile Perrot facing Montreal downtown and West Island lakeshore.
Low than average municipal taxes and heating/electricity cost.
Non flooded area.
This waterfront property is a great place for swimming and other water recreational activities, the river bottom is mostly sand. A boat owner can build a dock or keep a boat on its soil. The waterfront lot itself is surrounded by a fence of cedars making it more private and quiet with dozens of different birds that nest around.
The house may seem anything but common.
The house 3/4 of which was built in 2007 of ICF ( double insulated concrete) from the foundation to the roof apparently stands out as a quality life standard making it warmer, quieter, and more comfortable. The house comprises 4 levels, a main floor, a second, a split level, and a lower level with heated floors for a guest bedroom, a bathroom with a sauna, and an almost 400 sq. ft. family room.
The house is full of positive energy, and joy, full of light, and sunshine.
The windows of all the rooms are positioned to offer panoramic water views with moonlight on the river breathtaking, especially in the fall.
In the winter one can enjoy the sound of crackling logs in a fireplace or a sauna as well as skating on the ice of the lake just seconds away from home.
