Superb 1,800 sq ft cottage in the heart of Notre-Dame de-l'Ile-Perrot village just a few steps from school. A great community full of good people. Superior quality construction built in 2005 with materials and workmanship that make it a unique home. This is a traditional Four Square with black steel roofing, 100 % masonry siding (fibrocement board), with a wraparound covered cedar porch on two sides and a (22x10) wooden terrace in the back. The land is 12,744 sq ft with a wooded area between you and a golf course.
The entire home enjoys a generous amount of natural lighting. The main floor is an open design. You will easily entertain a great number of guests comfortably. The kitchen features a giant island.
