Magnificent detached house located in a peaceful area, on a quiet street with very good neighbours. Not exposed to flood. Ready to move in.
In ground salt pool, 28 x 24, heated. Superb terraced landscaping, with large fir trees in the back which offers you both the spirit of nature and privacy.
Large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 cars. Level 2 electric charger installed. Ten-foot-high garage with a remote door opener.
Bus station at the corner of the street, 10 min to the train station, close to highways 20, 30, and 40. Easy to get to downtown Montreal (30 min by car, 55 min by train). Close to the future LRT.
The first level is an open area, with a dining room, a living room, a half bathroom, and a kitchen. Very nice windows and a large patio door.
Wooden steps can lead you upstairs, to the garage, or to the basement.
The bedrooms upstairs have generous windows, with plenty of sun all day.
