Country house (agricultural zoned) located one kilometre west of the village of Saint-Clet and 12 kilometres from Vaudreuil-Dorion. Close to highways 20, 30 and 40.
Despite its construction dating back to the 1850s, this country house offers all contemporary comforts. Large kitchen with central island with several inclusions including dishwasher, pantry and microwave/hood. The alarm system is connected to the power station ($/monthly).

Malgré sa construction datant des années 1850, cette maison de campagne offre tout le confort contemporain. Grande cuisine avec îlot central avec plusieurs inclusions dont le lave-vaisselle, un cellier et un micro-ondes/hotte. Le système d'alarme est relié à la centrale ($/mensuels).
Plusieurs améliorations ont été apportées en 2014 dont: thermopompe centrale et fournaise, chauffe-eau, foyer au gaz propane, nouvelles portes et fenêtres, isolation du sous-sol et du grenier (Programme ÉcoÉnergie).
La galerie avant a également été refaite ainsi qu'un très grand patio arrière sur lequel on retrouve un gazebo avec SPA.
Les bâtiments sont en très bon état et servent actuellement de garage, d'atelier de menuiserie et d'espace de rangement. Il y a également une écurie (3 box) où on retrouve aussi un petit poulailler, le tout pouvant être converti en fermette.
Le terrain compte plusieurs espèces d'arbres matures, arbustes et plantes vivaces. Près d'une jolie rocaille, un pavillon a été aménagé en espace-repos.
Il ne vous reste qu'à vous y installer et à apprécier la campagne et les grands espaces qui vous entourent. Une visite s'impose!!
