Bright condo of 1,150 interior square feet and 1,250 sq.ft. including terrasse (8 x 12 ft), southwest orientation with sunlight all day. Built in 2011, APCHQ warranty until 2016.
Open view on the train station, which is at a one-minute walking distance. Excellent soundproofing from exterior. 1 exterior parking space included (easy to get vignette for 2nd car).
The condo is an open-concept including kitchen, living room and dining room, with superior finishes and lighting fixtures. The Master bedroom includes a walk-in, and the second room is of good dimensions. All rooms have full woodfloors.
The washroom includes a corner bathtub, shower and a hidden cupboard for washer and dryer. The bathroom sink is an elevated wash basin which brings a refined look to the room.
