Superb 2005 cottage well located in new neighbourhood, little traffic. Close to all services, park with water games for children , city bus, train station, 5 min from hwy 40 and 540.
Big bathroom with separated shower. Recessed lighting in living room and kitchen. 22 feet facing. Closed entry hall. Air exchanger, electronic thermostat in all rooms.
