La propriété est a vendre depuis mi-novembre 2022, mais du a un bris de tuyaux en début février 2023 qui a endommagé le rez de chaussé au complet et le sous-sol, j'ai du interrompe temporairement la vente. Apres avoir longuement passé a travers le processus des assurances et des nombreux délais, la maison est maintenant terminé.
Les planchers, armoires, comptoirs, évier, robinetterie, hotte ect... sont maintenant neuf et n'on jamais été utilisé. Les travaux on été entierement réalisé dans les regles de l'art par les professionnels apres sinistre de l'entreprise Paul Davis, les memes qui ont nettoyé, asseché et traité entierement les bas de murs, le plancher et le sous-sol. C'est une maison avec beaucoup de potentiel autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
