Beautiful house built in a prestiges area of Boucherville "Le Boise" on a 34 000 square foot lot all brick and stone with many special features. Ten foot ceilings, radiant floor heating ,granite counter tops. Open concept , all on one floor. Basement semi finished, with independant entrance, possibility of a bachelor.Close to shopping and restaurants. Balance of the APCHQ garantie. A must see. (on sale by contractor)
Energy effiency description:
1.Rigid code board on the exterior wall R- value 20 +7.5 with air space and gypse so on Passed R30
2. Attic R-20 batts with 12 inches of cellulose R40 for a total of R-60
3. Foundation wall are IFC (Insulated form concrete) Concrete is poured into fabricate insulated walls R-20- total value is about R25 foundation walls
