Bi-Generation property
Well-maintained and unique stone and stucco residence with Californian architectural details. The spacious house is well designed and very Bi-Generation friendly. The double garage is heated and although fully detached it is nevertheless connected to the house via a tunnel. There is an inground swimming pool heated by a thermopomp with a salt system and serviced by a poolhouse complete with washroom and extra storage. All this is situated on a very large 165 ft wide and 100 feet deep city lot. Both front and back yards are nicely landscaped. The extra wide double driveway and the central entrance offers ample visitor parking. A must see.
