Les Pignons du St-Laurent
Big 3 1/2 on the 5th floor (of 7) in a fully concrete building which is well maintained, clean and has elevator to all floors including underground parking. Ample space and perfect for couple or person living alone measuring 943 sq feet. Nice view of the river from the patio. Beautiful hard-wood floors flow throughout the entire apartment except kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and entrance. Kitchen overlooks open concept dining room and living room. One giant bedroom with wall-to-wall closet, kitchen has lots of storage cabinets (melamine) and ample counter space, renovated bathroom with beautiful 6-foot glass shower. Lots of windows (changed in 2015). Patio is enclosed with screens which allow wonderful airflow while blocking out bugs, and patio floor is covered in porcelain tile. Water heater was changed in 2013. One (1) indoor parking spot in the garage + 1 outdoor reserved parking spot + numerous visitor parking spots. Indoor storage locker on garage level.
Heated outdoor pool and private tennis court. Foyer of building has wheel-chair access ramps and has been completely renovated with a modern sleek look.
Perfectly located in close proximity to public transport and Champlain bridge (Victoria and Jacques Cartier bridges close-by), Champlain mall, DIX30 and all services including hospitals, CLSC, dentists, pharmacies, park on the water, bike trails and of course, downtown Montreal. Very reasonable condo fees. A must see!
