Wonderful condo on two floors, clearful, at the third floor of the building, with an open area, cathedral roof and a private terrace with a great view on Montreal. Two bedrooms, kitchen, diving and dining room, mezzanine, washing area and log of storage. Wood floor, ceramic in the entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
Next to DIX-30 area, next to schools and sportive infrastructures (swimming pool, tennis, soccer, ice-ring). 15 min from downtown, disserved by lines 44, 33 and 35. Very green area, a large private park next to the building.
