Beautiful renovated Cottage withpanoramic view at a quite cresent in the "S" section with 3 large bedrooms including master bedroom with walk-in and ensuite bathroom. Main floor with large entry, and separate dining room. Living room with fireplace and patio door to access covered terasse.
Whole house is renoveted, roof done by Sears in 2007 and anti-allergy Berber carpet in basement in 2006. Fourth bedroom or office in basement.
Close to all amenities and two minutes to Champlain bridge.
