Bungalow with an open-concept main floor that was completely renovated in 2019 (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, flooring, heat pump added, baseboards, doors). Roof was re-done in 2015.
4 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and 2 in the basement (the largest bedroom in the basement was also renovated in 2022).
2 parking spaces (garage, entrance) and parking is permitted on both sides of the street at all times of the year, including winter (except for planned snow removals).
Very well located !! Many amenities 5-10 minute walk away : grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, convenience store, veterinarian, etc. Highways 10 and 30 are a 5-minute drive away.
A 5-minute walk from the RTL bus lines 5, 21, 50 all accessing a REM station, the 21 line going to Longueuil terminus/metro and the 5 and 50 lines going to Panama station/terminus.
