  • Double private garage: very few on the market. New garage door in 2018. 
  • Exclusive courtyard at the back (with a fountain).
  • Very well located at the corner of Boul. du Quartier and Chemin des Prairies, close to Quartier DIX30, bus & REM, parks and cycle path, and all the services.
