Les Sentiers de Brossard - Quiet 4-bedroom corner unit with no neighbors behind. Beautiful mature trees, walking paths, flowers, nicely landscaped, heated outdoor swimming pool and wading pool, lounge chairs, two tennis courts and a playground. Les Sentiers de Brossard is a unique family-friendly community surrounded by mature trees and nature, yet minutes away from downtown Montreal and the Quartier Dix30.
Located within walking distance is the bus stop for the express bus downtown. Walking distance from convenience stores, restaurants, hair dressers, gym, gas stations, bank, medical centre.
