Outstanding location! Semi-detached cottage townhouse with garage and double driveway built in 2013 with access to the city playground from the backyard.
Newly built sidewalk to the backyard (2018). It is very illuminated, has wooden floors and ceilings that are 9 feet high on the main floor. Three bedrooms with many storage spaces, including a large Walk-in closet in the master's bedroom. Large bathroom on the upper level with large shower (44 x 60 inches). Modern style kitchen with kitchen isle, finished basement, central heating/air conditioning system with heat pump (A/C), air exchanger system and central vacuum system.
Excellent location near Chevrier bus terminal and easy access to the Champlain Bridge. Two bus routes to downtown Montreal. Walking distance to elementary schools (French and English). Also close to an international high ranking middle school. No condo fees. Located on a city street with city utilities (snow removal and garbage collection).
