Nice 3 bedrooms bungalow on the first floor. Garage and double parking. Quiet neighborhood. Close to school, grocery stores, medical clinic, stores, bus stop etc. 5 min from autoroute 30 and 10 min from Mercier bridge.
Renovations: ext. doors and windows (2003-2008), roof, backyard balcony, front fence, balcony ramps (front), pool liner, oil tank, room #3 floor. Electric entry and panel changed (2012) and also the water tank has been changed to a 60 gallons.
Many inclusions: lighting fixtures, curtains, blinders, dish washer, dinning furnitures, garden and pool accessories, swing, pic-nic table, air conditioning. All inclusions are given without any legal warranty.
