5 minutes away from the 30 highway charming bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. An air exchanger was installed in 2007 and the main bathroom was completely renovated.
The roof was changed in 2006. The property has a large fenced yard, mature trees, swingset for kids, outdoor fireplace as well as a new patio deck and 27` pool (2008). Many windows and the patio door ave been changed.
