Superb waterfront location in a non-flood zone on the Chateauguay River overlooking Lac St-Louis. Quiet, family-friendly area. View of Ile St-Bernard wildlife reserve. From your home, you can take a boat to many areas of Lac St-Louis such as Sainte-Anne, Lachine, Dorval, etc.
Detached duplexes: two houses with basements on a 7800 sq. ft. lot. One cottage and one bungalow. Large 5-car paver driveway with possibility of floating boat docks. The waterfront is part of the lot. Whether you're looking for a detached big-generation home or an additional annual income of $18,000 or more, this location offers many possibilities.
The cottage was built in 1929, but has been inspected by an engineer to install a steel structure allowing an open-air surface, and the house has been lifted to pour a concrete foundation with additional concrete allowing for an 84 high basement. The concrete slab is insulated with urethane panels to retain interior heat.
