Owners’ comments
This year-round cottage is located directly on the Champlain lake. It was completely renovated in 2001. Facing full south, this charming and comfortable cottage is located on a dead-end street providing peace and tranquillity with exceptional vue of the lake and the Vermont scenery. Surrounded by mature trees and pleasant landscaping, this property also offers a private dock and ramp leading to a sandy beach and shallow waters suitable for young children. Adults will enjoy the large patio adjacent to the house. Chapman bay is ideal for sailing and fishing.
Built around 1960 and renovated in 2001, the house offers well lit open areas (living room, dining room and kitchen) with a wood stove fireplace and two large bedrooms.
The house rests on a concrete foundation with adequate clearance for additional working space. Two driveways can acommodate 5 to 6 cars.
