Very nice paired duplex with upstairs unit completely renovated. Close to all services: hospital, shopping centre, grocery store, pharmacy, daycare, schools, banks, and more. Two minutes away from Taschereau boulevard, but with the calm of a dead end street. The two good dimension rear balconies are covered and give views on a nice size yard, fenced and equipped with a large shed.
On the ground floor is the main housing. A closed entrance leads to a large living room which has a maximum of daylight. On the same floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. The latter has been partially renovated and has recently undergone a resurfacing of the cabinets.
