Renovate bungalow
Beautiful single-family bungalow (Bricks 4 sides) 7,550 ft² situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to Parc de la Cité (700 meter). Many RTL routes are passing nearby (Bus# 50, 19, 60, 42, 142). Very sunny property even basement rooms get direct sunlight through large windows during all evening. Central air conditioning and heating equipped with heat pump and programmable thermostat (low energy costs). Alarm system. Finished basement with full bathroom. Huge back yard and front yard with drive way (parks up to 4 cars). Large patio (16' x 15').
