A house that feels like home at first sight!
Located near Highway 30 and Route 112, its privileged location gives you quick access to shopping centers, grocery stores and downtown Montreal.
The cathedral ceiling will charm you from the moment you arrive. The large living room with its new slow-burning fireplace (installation to standards in 2023) is the perfect place to share warm moments.
The dining room, open to the living room and kitchen, gives you a view of the entire first floor. An open-plan living space just the way we like it!
The partially renovated kitchen features underfloor heating to keep your feet warm all winter long.
The fully renovated bathroom in 2023 offers a peaceful setting in which to relax, with its freestanding bath and large 36''X60'' shower. The heated floor will also keep your feet warm in winter.
The 3 bedrooms upstairs are large enough for a small family.
