Two-story semi-detached house, with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom, all on the 2nd floor.
On the main floor, there is a large entrance, a powder room, and an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with a lot of natural light. No backyard neighbors. Instead, you will enjoy your meal with a nice view of the park.
The basement offers space for a nice family area, a gym, and enough to accommodate some guests if they decide to stay for the night. There is also a 2nd bathroom with a shower. If needed, the 4th bedroom can be added in the basement. You will also have access to a big storage area.
The house comes with a heated garage, big enough to fit an SUV. And if you have more than one vehicle, the driveway has space for another 4 vehicles. House also has a charger, in case you have an EV or a plug-in vehicle.
This is a lovely residential area with parks and playgrounds for kids. Access to public transportation (2 min walk to the bus stop), 20 minutes driving to downtown if you want to use your car, or you can use the train (EXO train station is a 5-7 min driving distance and with free parking). A general hospital is at 3 min driving distance (at the end of Boul. Beliveau).
The house is located in the area associated with the newly built elementary school Ecole des Semis. More schools, daycares, financial institutions, pharmacies, grocery stores, gyms, Rona, Canadian Tire, and more are within 5-7 minutes' driving distance. Lots of bike paths in the area, for those who like doing some sport.
In summer, you will wake up listening to birds singing and in winter, you can be pleasantly surprised to see some deer walking in the park behind your backyard.
The hot water tank was changed in 2021. The aboveground pool is from 2017 and comes with a heater. It is a nice and safe neighborhood; most houses were built after 2009. You will like living here. We decided to list it for sale only because we are planning on moving out of the province.
