high quality triplex , built 2014, close to many amenities and the city park . Public transportation leading directly to downtown Montreal , accessible highways. Possibility of double occupancy in July.
The buolding is 3 very large 4 ½ almost identical, with individual entrances and patio doors. Housing in ground garden has a third door to a tenant who would have roommates . Modern and elegant style, each unit has lots of storage, an open plan space and a bright, functional kitchen
