Spacious condo with a well-fenestrated location in a quiet cul-de-sac. One big bedroom with a walk-in. The second bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has an independent shower, a standard bath, as well as an oversized mirror. The kitchen is open with communal areas such as the living room and the dining room, all of which are fenestrated all around. Very good luminosity overall. Services and parks are nearby, within walking distance.
