The south-facing unit with large balcony offers exceptional brightness. The residence offers a very safe and pleasant living environment with a landscaped common terrace, a range of activities such as lawn bowling, shuffleboard, darts, pool table, two bowling alleys, a cinema, a training room, a heated swimming pool and others.
