2 apartments are unfurnished and 4 fully furnished.
Income of $140,000+.
Annual expenses: $24,255
The apartments are large and with good divisions - 3 bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the kitchen and the living room by a door.
All apartments were completely renovated between 2012 and 2014.
(bathrooms, kitchens, doors, walls, floors). Windows and doors have been changed in each apartment.
Hot water tanks were purchased in each of the 6 apartments and the electrical boxes were replaced with new 200 A
The roof was rebuilt in 2012 with an elastomeric membrane.
The 6 front balconies have been rebuilt in fiberglass with aluminum railings.
Each apartment on the ground floor has a large concrete terrace, added in 2013, giving access to a large garden.
The other apartments have been added with large 8 x 12 fiberglass rear terraces as well as aluminum ramps.
