Wonderful house with a perfect localisation.  Close to everything: 'base de plein-air', public transportation (6 buses), highways, elementary school and highschool, CEGEP, Pierre-Boucher hospital, health clinic, 3 grocery stores, golf courses, etc.  Really quiet sector, barely any car circulation.
