Very nice property with no neighbors behind, in a dead end street. There is a fence all around the backyard. A lot of renovations ( windows in 2008, roof in 2006, bathroom in 2002 ). Basement with 2 rooms, a laundry room ( with a shower ) and a family room. 4 parking spaces.
Inclusions:Dish-washer paid 1400 $ last year, blind, curtain, curtain rod, kitchen fan, air conditionner, dining room and main bedroom fan, central vaccum cleaner and accessoiries, pool and accessoiries. ( all the inclusions left with no legal garanties )
Exclusions: princess fan in the basement room.
The propane bottle is rented.
