Superb condo on the top floor facing the Parc de la Gare which is quiet, not noisy and practically no car traffic. In this park, there is a children's section that is away from the condo. This section includes various games and water games. In summary, the Condo is located in a pleasant and relaxing environment. It is warm, bright with abundant windows on three sides. There is very little traffic, safe and quiet. The gross area is approximately 1509 square feet (approximately 140 square meters). Superbe Condo au dernier étage faisant face au Parc de la Gare qui est tranquille, non bruyant et pratiquement pas de circulation automobile. Dans ce parc, il y a une section pour enfants qui est éloignée du condo. Cette section comporte des jeux divers et jeux d'eau. En résumé, le Condo est situé dans un environnement agréable et reposant. Il est chaleureux, lumineux avec une fenestration abondante sur trois côtés. Il y a très peu de circulation, sécuritaire et tranquille. La superficie brute est d'environ 1509 pieds carrés (environ 140 mètres carrés).
