The house has a beautiful natural light. Ideal for a first purchase or for a cottage.

Several updates have been carried out over the past 5 years, the veranda has been completely redone and is now a 20x15 4-season room because it is fully insulated, other updates are the roof of the house and shed, windows, patios, and balcony.

Very nice view of the Richelieu River, and the possibility of space on a dock for a boat.
