Owners’ comments
2 bedroom condo. Living/kitchen/dining in an open concept, built in 2014. The kitchen is in the middle with a very large 10' island. All kitchen cabinets are equipped with drawers to facilitate storage.
Door to a covered balcony equipped with solar screens in front and on one side.
Very beautiful natural light with breathtaking sunsets, and privileged access to the waterfront with a small dock, perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding.
The wall A/C unit has been replaced in 2020. Lots of storage space with a walk-in closet in each bedroom.
Only a few minutes from Highway 30.
