Cozy property on one level located in a peaceful area. Rooms with open areas, 2 bedrooms and possibility of a third. Lots of brightness.
Fujitsu Heat Pump (heating, air conditioning and humidity) 3 in 1. 10 years warranty on parts and labor (purchased in October 2011).
Oak cabinets doors (mahogany colors).
Dining room can be converted into a bedroom by adding a door.
