Superb, spacious bungalow in the "Domaine du Lac." Residential area.
Close to elementary school, daycare centers, parks, access Montpellier lake, walking distance to a trail on Mount St. Bruno national park and commuter bus (road 116).
Near all services; grocery store, bank, pharmacy, restaurant, arena, private primary and secondary school, commuter train (via shuttle).
