Remarkable bungalow located in a peaceful area near Mont St-Bruno. The configuration of the land means that we have no neighbors directly behind.
Our location is ideal for a family with young children, as there is little traffic since the street does not open. We are located near public and private schools, as well as around 7 minutes from Saint-Basile-le-Grand train station.
In 2011, we enlarged the house, added a large bedroom in the basement, as well as a large dining room with lots of windows overlooking the backyard, and we renovated the entire kitchen. In the kitchen, there is an induction hob on the central island. Moreover, all stainless steel appliances are included in the sale.
Our house has two bedrooms upstairs, as well as a third large bedroom with a den in the basement.
The family room is located in the basement. There is a slow combustion fireplace.
The two washrooms have been completely renovated. The one upstairs has a bath and washer-dryer and the one in the basement has a shower.
The earthworks were redone in 2019. There is an irrigation system and a shed. The courtyard has a SPA for 6 people, as well as a terrace with a rigid roof gazebo.
The renovations have been carried out with quality materials. For example, the kitchen cabinets are cherry wood, the countertops are granite, all bedroom and wardrobe doors are solid pine with frosted windows. All exterior windows are triple-glazed. The roof was completely redone in 2019.
