Owners’ comments
Nice property (1997) with garage located in a peaceful crescent near all services (schools, park, etc.).
Above-ground pool with large 16'x16 patio.
No rear neighbors. Nice big fenced yard. Outdoor parking (4 places).
Bathroom and kitchen redone in September 2017, up-to-date, high-end materials.
The doors and the windows were replaced in December 2022, the heat pump in October 2022 and the hot water tank in February 2023.
