This condo offers enormous storage potential thanks to its living area:
In the bathroom, the shower is ceramic and is glazed instead of the basic model. A convectair offers you unparalleled heat. There is plenty of storage also in the large cabinets and numerous drawers in the bathroom, and the space is vast. A big plus!
This condo has been really well maintained and has been owned by one and the same owner from the start.

Being at ground level on the left side if you are located in front of the condo, there is a small, more intimate space on this side of the land (advantage), thanks to the fence delimiting the land, unlike the opposite side which gives access to the adjoining courtyard.
Addition of an asphalt climb to facilitate access to the shed (bike, motorcycle, lawn mower) or to carry the bins to the path for example.

Ce condo offre un énorme potentiel de rangement par sa superficie logeable:
Dans la salle de bain, la douche est en céramique et est vitrée au lieu du modèle de base. Un convectair vous offre une chaleur inégalée. Il y a beaucoup de rangement aussi dans les grandes armoires et nombreux tiroirs de la salle de bain, et l'espace est vaste. Un grand plus!
Ce condo a été réellement bien entretenu et il s'agit d'un seul et même propriétaire depuis le début.

Extérieur :
Étant au niveau du sol sur le côté gauche si on se situe en face du condo, il y a un petit espace plus intime sur ce côté du terrain (avantage), grâce à la clôture délimitant le terrain, contrairement au côté opposé qui donne accès à la cour mitoyenne.
Ajout d'une montée en asphalte pour faciliter l'accès au cabanon (vélo, moto, tondeuse) ou pour aller porter les bacs au chemin par exemple.
Très facile d'accès, il y a seulement 2 marches à monter pour accéder au balcon arrière à partir du stationnement.
Un autre atout : les 2 stationnements sont séparés de tous les autres stationnements, et ils sont juxtaposés au balcon. C'est la seule unité parmi les 4 unités de condo qui a cet avantage, et permet de rentrer à destination en une fraction de seconde avec toutes nos commissions! Ça ne sera pas du tout une corvée!
La remise séparée pour chaque propriétaire permet un bel autre espace de rangement et facilement accessible avec sa montée en asphalte ajoutée.
Les patios de cet unité de condo (autant celui en avant qu'en arrière) sont en béton et sont munis d'un toit, comparativement à celui en façade de la rue, à l'étage du haut qui lui, ne possède pas d'abri pluvial pour ses occupants.
Une piste cyclable se trouve directement au bout du terrain, mais également, à moins de 5 minutes de marche, il devrait y avoir bientôt un nouveau parc! Ce condo représente un véritable bijou pour les amants de la nature!
