Great location, outside garden, second floor, open concept. Quiet neighborhood.
Large kitchen, lots of storage space and pantry. Living room, French balcony, with superb view of the landscaped garden. Plenty of light. Large bathroom with separate shower and podium bath. Floating floors and ceramic. Kitchen cabinet doors changed since the last pictures were taken.
Non-smoking unit. Nearly all services of Old St-Lambert are within a 15 minute walk, shops, liquor store, Charles Lemoyne Hospital, pharmacies, IGA, train, public transport, roads, bridges (Victoria and Jacques-Cartier), parks and golf course.
Two outdoor parking spaces with electrical outlet. New balcony, new windows and roof 2010-2011.
