Magnificent Condo at a competitive price! Close to many services. Many recent renovations done. Two parking spaces and a shed outside. Fireplace in living room. Windows redone in 2011. Many inclusions (dishwasher - stainless steel, microwave - stainless steel, central vacuum, waste disposal unit). Easy access to public transport as well as low condo fees.
