Owners’ comments
Large, comfortable 2-story house next to the Chateauguay river. Located in the center of the beautiful village of Sainte-Martine.
The house is perfect for a big family. Also, as it used to be a duplex, there is a potential for renting out a part of the house and having additional income. There is a written permission from the municipality to use the house as duplex or as tourist accommodation. There is additional small kitchen upstairs.
Foundation of stones, 3 feet in thickness.
The insulation of basement walls and attick was redone in 2014.
Private backyard from which you can observe the river and geese who visit the area twice a year.
Parking lot is big enough for 4 cars. If you want, you can keep your boat on it. The closest boat ramp is 300 meters from the house.
