Beautiful cottage house, brick on 4 sides with mezzanine, cathedral ceiling, and solarium with heated ceramic tile. 3 bedrooms on the same floor and the possibility of a 4th in the basement. Very family-friendly and quiet area near parks and services (school, grocery store, pharmacy, bus stop, bike path, dog trail, etc.)
Plenty of light, many recent renovations and add on: ground floor hardwood, complete renovation of the 2 bathrooms, heated solarium, swimming pool, 2 patios with pergola, large shed, Fenplast doors and windows, roofing, paving stones, landscaping, etc.
